Description:

For the Smoke and Dye Testing Phase 2 for Toronto Water Division at various City Locations from the date of award to date of award, with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Toronto Water Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations reflect a three (3) percent Consumer Price Index adjustment applied to each option period after the initial term.
