Description:

For Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Oil Analysis, Motor Current Analysis, Ultrasound Analysis, Ferrography Analysis, or any other predictive technology for the City of Toronto's Toronto Water and Corporate Real Estate Management Divisions from the date of award to March 31, 2024, with the option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Managers of Toronto Water and Corporate Real Estate Management Divisions will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
