Description:

For the non-exclusive supply and delivery of ten (10) Rescue-Pumper Fire Trucks for Toronto Fire Services. The term of the agreement is to be from the date of award to the final delivery of the units, approximately June 30, 2024.

The Request for Quotation is structured to award two (2) separate contracts to the two (2) lowest suppliers meeting specifications. Toronto Fire Services will proceed with the purchase of ten (10) Rescue-Pumper Fire Trucks.  Each Supplier shall be assigned 50 percent of the total estimated annual quantities as stated in the Request for Quotation.

The contract is expected to start on date of award and end on June 30, 2024.

The total potential contract award identified in this report for both contract awards is $10,817,645 net of all taxes and $12,223,939 including applicable taxes and charges. The total potential cost to the City for both contract awards is $11,008,036 net of HST recoveries.
