For the provision of Security Guard Services at various City of Toronto Parks for Corporate Real Estate Management, Corporate Security Section from Date of Award for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional separate one (1) year periods.  

Should the option(s) be exercised, the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Management will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions
