The Bid Award Panel adopted the following:

1.  Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (February 9, 2023) from the Chief Procurement Officer:

Description:

For the non-exclusive provision of supply and delivery of Unshrinkable Fill on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis to various locations in the City of Toronto (City Wide) from April 16, 2023 for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option year(s) be exercised then the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations reflect a 3 percent Consumer Price Index adjustment applied annually to each option year after the initial one (1) year period.
