Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Adopted the recommendations and instructions to staff contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (September 29, 2022) from the Director, Facilities and Infrastructure, Toronto Zoo.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (September 29, 2022) from the Director of Facilities and Infrastructure, Toronto Zoo, remain confidential in their entirety, as they contain advice regarding the security of the property of the Board, and be released following the closing of any purchase transactions.
