The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo :
1. Approved the Collaboration Agreement with the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 26, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo, be made public once Recommendation 1 has been adopted.

Summary
This report will present the new Collaboration Agreement between the Toronto Zoo Board of Management and the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy. The agreement sets forth the terms upon which the Wildlife Conservancy and the Board of Management will work together to support the Toronto Zoo's Mission, particularly around fundraising.
