Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Waived the polling requirement under the City's Traffic Calming Policy and authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Airley Crescent and authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Airley Crescent, between O'Connor Drive and Four Oaks Gate.
2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway to install two speed humps on Airley Crescent, between O'Connor Drive and Four Oaks Gate, for traffic calming purposes, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing No. 421G-4030 dated June 2022, attached to the report (June 13, 2022) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services has reviewed the need for traffic calming (speed humps) on Airley Crescent, between O'Connor Drive and Four Oaks Gate. The assessment indicates the warrant criteria as set out in the City of Toronto's Traffic Calming Policy has not been satisfied. Therefore, staff do not recommend the installation of speed humps on Airley Crescent.

Motions
That the Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Waive the polling requirement under the City's Traffic Calming Policy and authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Airley Crescent; and
a. authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Airley Crescent, between O'Connor Drive and Four Oaks Gate.
b. direct the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway to install two speed humps on Airley Crescent, between O'Connor Drive and Four Oaks Gate, for traffic calming purposes, generally as shown on Attachment 2, Drawing No. 421G-4030 dated June 2022, attached to the report entitled "Traffic Calming (Speed Humps)-Airley Avenue", dated June 13, 2022 from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.
