Community Council Decision

Summary

The Quiet Streets program that Transportation Services implemented for the past few summers has been very popular with residents. They have expressed an interest in having permanent improvements made to increase the levels of pedestrian safety and to preserve the sense of community that they experienced during the Quiet Streets program.

Sammon Avenue is scheduled to be resurfaced between Pape Avenue and Linsmore Crescent in 2022. I am requesting support for including improvements as part of that project.
