Summary

I am writing to respectfully request the implementation of a "No Standing" prohibition on the south side of Durham Avenue, between Winnett Avenue and Arlington Avenue.  Residents of the street presented a petition to my office requesting the change in order to help ease congestion.  Residents have noted high incidences of parents, who have kids attending schools in the area, using the street as a standing zone, while waiting to pick up their kids.
