Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Waived the polling requirement under the City's Traffic Calming Policy and authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Elmsdale Road.
2. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Elmsdale Road, between Donlands Avenue and O'Connor Drive.
3. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway to install two speed humps on Elmsdale Road, between Donlands Avenue and O'Connor Drive, for traffic calming purposes, generally as shown on Attachment 2, dated March 2022, attached to the report (April 1, 2022) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services has reviewed the need for traffic calming (speed humps) on Elmsdale Road, between Donlands Avenue and O'Connor Drive. Therefore, staff do not recommend the installation of speed humps on Elmsdale Road.

Motions
That the Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Waive the polling requirement under the City's Traffic Calming Policy and authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Elmsdale Road.
2. Authorize the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Elmsdale Road, between Donlands Avenue and O'Connor Drive.
3.
