Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1. Re-opened Item TE27.38 to amend Attachment 2 and 3 in regard to the permit parking entries for Pacific Avenue.

 

2. Amended Attachment 2: Parking Regulations to be Rescinded by:

 

a. Deleting the permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even side of Pacific Avenue at all times, except no parking 1st day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive; no parking anytime from a point 22.5 metres south of Oakmount Road to a point 5.5 metres further south; and no parking anytime from a point 28 metres south of Oakmount Road to a point 5.5 metres further south, from Bloor Street West to Annette Street.

 

b. Adding an entry for permit parking in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even side of Pacific Avenue at all times, except no parking 1st day to the 15th day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive; no parking anytime from a point 22.5 metres south of Oakmount Road to a point 5.5 metres further south; and no parking anytime from a point 28 metres south of Oakmount Road to a point 5.5 metres further south, from Bloor Street West to Annette Street.

 

3. Amended Attachment 3: Parking Regulations to be Enacted by:

 

a. Deleting the permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even side of Pacific Avenue at all times, except no parking 1st day of the 15th day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive; from Glenlake Avenue to Annette Street.

 

b. Adding an entry for permit parking in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even side of Pacific Avenue at all times, except no parking 1st day to the 15th day of each month from April 1 to November 30, inclusive; from Glenlake Avenue to Annette Street.

Summary

A staff report was presented and adopted at the September 9, 2021 Toronto and East York Community Council meeting entitled Parking Machines - Various Streets Intersecting Bloor Street West TE27.38. 

 

Subsequent to the above presentation and approval, a technical error has been discovered (see attachment 2 and 3 of the report) and requires correction.
