Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council directed:
1. Further to the community consultation meeting for lands pertaining to 39-47 Camden Street to be held on February 22nd, 2022, the Toronto and East York Community Council approve the arrangement made between City staff and the applicant for the notice provided for the community consultation meeting, to landowners and residents within 120 metres of the site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners as determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with any additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.

Summary
This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment application for a 16-storey mixed-use building with commercial uses on the ground floor and 154 dwelling units above.
The application has been circulated to all appropriate City divisions and public agencies for comment. In consultation with the Ward Councillor, City Planning staff have scheduled a Community Consultation Meeting for the application on February 22, 2022.
