City Council Decision

City Council on February 2 and 3, 2022, adopted the following:

 

1. City Council amend Attachment 1 to the report (December 10, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services by adding the hours of operation of 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. to the Times column for the South Kingsway, Ormskirk Avenue and Larkin Avenue for the Even and Odd sides, so that the entries now read as follows:

Community Council Recommendations

The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:

 

1. City Council authorize the parking regulations identified in Attachment 1 to the report (December 10, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

Summary

As amendments to Chapter 925 and 950 of the Municipal Code are being requested, City Council approval of this report is required.

 

The purpose of this report is to resolve by-law amendments missed in Item TE11.35 "Residential On-street Permit Parking - Status Update on the Expansion of On-Street Permit Parking in the Toronto and East York Community Council Area".

 

Transportation Services is recommending the approval of the parking regulations listed in Attachment 1 of this report. These proposed by-law amendments will ensure that the intent of Item TE11.35, as adopted with amendments by City Council on January 29, 2020 can be properly installed and enforced.
