1. Approved the benchmark for each asset class as set out in Attachment 1 to the report (October 20, 2022) from the Vice President, Impact Investing, Toronto Atmospheric Fund.

Summary
As required for compliance with Toronto Atmospheric Fund’s Statement of Investment Objectives and Principles (SIOP), benchmarks for each asset class are recommended for Board approval.
