1. Reappointed the following Officers of the Corporation to hold office at the pleasure of the Board, and until their successors are appointed:

- Vice-Chair - Councillor Mike Layton

- Corporate Secretary - Graysanne Bedell

- Treasurer - Kimberly Marshall.

Summary
