The Hearing of this appeal was adjourned at the request of Municipal Licensing and Standards due to the unavailability of the Municipal Standards Officer.
The Appellant did not object to the request.
The Panel is, quite rightly, very reluctant to grant adjournments recognizing the time and resources wasted by the Appellant, the staff supporting the Property Standards Committee, the Panel itself, and especially in this matter, interested members of the public who arranged to attend.
In granting this adjournment, the Panel advised Municipal Licensing and Standards that the Hearing would proceed on the next scheduled date, without fail.
