The Vice President Operations for the Property Owner, MetCap Living Management Inc., advised the Property Standards Committee, Scarborough Panel that a number of the items on the property standards order have already been completed and that more time is required to complete the rest. The Property Standards Officer confirmed this. The Property Standards Committee, Scarborough Panel also heard that the tendering process was underway for the outstanding work.
As a result, the Property Standards Committee, Scarborough Panel confirmed the order to comply and extended the date for compliance to Wednesday August 31, 2022.
