2. Directed the Appellant to work with the Municipal Standards Officer to ensure immediate health and safety requirements are properly secured for the property during this time.

The Appellant requested a deferral of this matter as their solicitor P. McMullen was not able to attend the October 18, 2022 hearing. In turn, the Committee granted a deferral of this matter to the November 22, 2022 hearing; and in so doing asked the Appellant to work with City of Toronto Property Standards staff in the interim to ensure all patios are secured.
