That said, the Property Standards Committee, Etobicoke York Panel advised the work is to be completed as per the time extension granted. The aforementioned time extension was in part, provided so the owners of 28 Crane Avenue could obtain further information on the wall; and discuss/resolve related matters with the wall, with their neighbours.
