Summary

This staff report concerns a matter for which the Scarborough Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

The purpose of this report is to consider an application by the owner(s) of 16 Courton Drive to maintain a wooden fence in the rear yard on the west side of the property which is 2.08 meters (6.8 feet) high. The maximum allowable height is 2.0 meters as specified in the Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 447-1.2B(1) Table 1 Maximum Height of Fence – Item 9 Any of Fence 2.0 Meters. A Notice of Violation was issued on November 14, 2021.
