Summary

There has been a lot of concern around road safety on Brockley Road, around David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute, especially during the school pick-up and drop off times. There are many students that live nearby and walk to school. Their safety is of my utmost concern. Currently there are no traffic controls in place at the T-junction of Treewood Street and Brockley Drive which is causing a lot of disruption on the road.

I have had the opportunity to speak with the local residents and the Principal of the school regarding this concern and I am advocating for this all-way compulsory stop control at the intersection of Treewood Street and Brockley Drive.
