1. In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominee to the Kennedy Road Business Improvement Area Board of Management at the pleasure of Scarborough Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:
Robert Gong
2. Removed the following directors from the Kennedy Road Business Improvement Area Board of Management:
Walter Alvarez
Brenda Buzzell

Scarborough Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to approve changes to the Kennedy Road BIA Board of Management.
