Summary

In response to Euclid Avenue safety concerns raised by residents, I am requesting that Transportation Services staff conduct a study of traffic calming measures on Euclid Avenue, from Meadowvale Road to Morrish Road and a study to determine feasibility of an All Way Stop Control at Euclid Avenue and Scarboro Avenue.

I ask that staff report back with proposed measures that align with the principles of the Vision Zero Road Safety Plan. Fatalities and serious injuries on our roads are preventable, and we must strive to reduce traffic-related deaths and injuries to zero.
