The TO Live - Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Adopt the confidential instructions to staff set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 14, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in the Confidential Attachment to the report (June 14, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations and employee negotiations.
