Committee Decision
The TO Live - Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with UNIFOR 2003E, as outlined in the Confidential Attachment to the report (May 31, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in the Confidential Attachment to the report (May 31, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations and employee negotiations.
