Committee Decision
The TO Live - Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the bargaining mandate to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 58, as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 3, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 3, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
