Members, I will now review the Order Paper. We have 3 deferred Items before us today:
EY31.7, NY30.8 and DM45.1
The Mayor has designated Item PH34.8 on Open Door Program 2021 Call for Applications Results: Supporting 919 Affordable Rental and Supportive Homes and Item EX33.2 on Advancing City Priority Transit Expansion Projects - Eglinton East Light Rail Transit and Waterfront East Light Rail Transit, as his Key Matters for this meeting.
PH34.8 will be our first item of business today. Item EX33.2 will be considered at 11:30 a.m. this morning.
The Notice of Motion run through is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday only if the Mayor's Key Matters are completed.
Members, before I take additional holds, the City Solicitor has advised that Item CC45.18 on 2200 to 2206 Eglinton Avenue East, 1020 to 1030 Birchmount Road and 75 Thermos Road - Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment needs to be withdrawn from the agenda. May I have a motion to withdraw the item?

That City Council consider Item AU12.2 headed "Part 2 of the Audit of Emergency Shelters: Lessons Learned from Hotel Operations' as the first Item after Member Motions on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
That City Council consider the following Items as the first Items on Friday, June 17, 2022:
PH34.14 headed "Area Specific Amendment to the Sign By-law: 2025 Wilson Avenue";
PH34.15 headed "Area Specific Amendment to the Sign By-law: 55 Beverly Hills Drive";

Council has timed the following items for today:
Item CC45.1 on the review of the Codes of Conduct is our first Item this morning.
The Member Motion run through will be considered at 2 p.m.
Item AU12.2 on Part 2 of the Audit of Emergency Shelters is the first Item after Member Motions. It is proposed that it be considered with related Item AU12.1 on Part 1 of the Audit of Emergency Shelters.
