Members, I will now review the Order Paper.  We have 2 deferred Items before us today:

GL29.10 and NY30.8.

The Mayor has designated Item EX32.6 on Intergovernmental Partnerships and Advocacy Efforts to Advance the City's HousingTO 2020-2030 Action Plan and Item EC29.5 on the Toronto Action Plan to Confront Anti-Black Racism, Year 3, as his Key Matters for this meeting.  These will be our first items of business today.

The Notice of Motion run through is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday only if the Mayor's Key Matters are completed. 

Members, there are a number of related matters on the agenda that I propose be considered together:

Items EC29.1 and EY30.1 on the Jane Finch Initiative 

Items CC43.7 and CC43.8 on 2 Vallyanna Drive, Request for Directions and Alternations to a Designated Heritage Property

and

Items NY31.32, NY31.42 and CC43.18 – related reports on  Drewry Avenue and Inez Court

I will now go through the items to take additional Member holds.  I will review the Order Paper one section at a time.

The Clerk will open the speakers list in CMP and you can place your name on the list.  When I recognize you, unmute your mic and state the item or items you wish to hold.

That City Council consider Item EX32.15 headed "Tree Removal Permit Appeals - Delegation to Community Council" as the first Item after Member Motions on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

That City Council consider Item CC43.2 headed "Ombudsman Toronto 2021 Annual Report" as the second Item after Member Motions on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

May 11, 2022 at 10:40 a.m. - That City Council adopt the May 11, 2022 Order Paper and all other Items not held on consent.

May 12, 2022 at 9:56 a.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised Council of the following:

Members, we will now review and confirm the Order Paper. There are 53 Items left on the agenda, including 41 Member Motions.

Council has timed the following items as the first and second Items after Member Motions:

EX32.15 on Tree Removal Permit Appeals – delegation to Community Councils

And

CC43.2 on the Ombudsman's 2021 Annual Report

I will now take the release of holds.   Please put your name on the list if you have an item to release.  

I have also reviewed urgent Motions to be added to the agenda.

Councillor Grimes, on a Point of Order, stated that Items PH33.11 and MM43.13 should be considered together.
