The CreateTO - Human Resources Committee:

1. Requested the Chief Executive Officer to work with the Chair of the CreateTO - Human Resources Committee to submit updated annual objectives for 2022, based on the feedback from Committee members in closed session, for consideration by the Board at its April 12, 2022 meeting.

2. Recommends that the Board of Directors, CreateTO direct that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable individual.

The Human Resources Committee:
