Board Decision
The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Directed the Chief Executive Officer to report back on progress towards the objectives outlined in the CreateTO 2022 Work Plan at the end of each quarter of the year.
2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (May 2, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in their entirety, as they contain information that deals with a position, plan procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to negotiations to be carried on by or on behalf of the City and/or the Board of Directors of CreateTO, and they deal with proposed or pending acquisitions or dispositions of land by the City and/or the Board of Directors of CreateTO.

Summary
This report will replace the regular report on action items arising out of prior meetings of the CreateTO Board of Directors and new matters that City Council has directed CreateTO to become involved in. This new report will provide the Board of Directors a quarterly update on progress towards the objectives in the CreateTO 2022 Work Plan and a full CreateTO Projects List.
