1. Approved and directed the Chief Executive Officer to implement a one percent Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for all CreateTO employees for the 2022 fiscal year.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 18, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO be made public after revisions have been made by the Chief Executive Officer, and the affected employees have been informed.
