Item - 2022.RA29.3

The Board of Directors of CreateTO:

1.  Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO to report back to the Board of Directors of CreateTO on progress towards the objectives outlined in the CreateTO 2022 Work Plan at the end of the second quarter 2022.

2.  Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 23, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains commercial information that belongs to the Board of Directors of CreateTO and has monetary value or potential monetary value, deals with a position, plan procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to negotiations to be carried on by or on behalf of the City and/or the Board of Directors of CreateTO, and deals with proposed or pending acquisitions or dispositions of land by the City and/or the Board of Directors of CreateTO.

The report provides an update on action items arising out of prior meetings of the CreateTO Board of Directors and provides summary information regarding matters that City Council has, since the prior meeting of the Board, directed CreateTO to become involved in. In a new addition, this report will include the CreateTO 2022 work plan and a list of projects.
