The Board of Directors of CreateTO:

1.  Adopted the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 30, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, as amended in closed session.

2.  Directed that the confidential instructions to staff be made public once adopted by the Board and after the affected employees have been informed and that the remainder of the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 30, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in its entirety, as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations and personal matters about an identifiable person or persons.

The Board of Directors of CreateTO recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations and personal matters about an identifiable person or persons.

The CreateTO - Human Resources Committee:

1.  Requested the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO to report to the January 11, 2022 meeting of the Board of Directors of CreateTO with an update on staffing and compensation for CreateTO.

At its meeting on December 10, 2021, the CreateTO – Human Resources Committee considered RD2.1 - Staffing Matters - Fourth Quarter Update
