Committee Decision
The Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Advisory Committee recommends that:
1. City Council request the Toronto Public Library Board to request the City Librarian, in consultation with the Director, Equity and Human Rights, to explore opportunities to expand upon the Toronto Public Library trans affirming care benefit package to other City of Toronto departments.
2. City Council request the Toronto Public Library Board to include in their 2023 budget submission, an increase to the Toronto Public Library budget for improvements to 2SLGBTQI collections and a Rainbow Presence in every library in the Toronto Public Library system.
Summary
The Director, Equity and Human Rights and the City Librarian, will provide an update to the Committee on the recommendations in Item EX26.14, Reviewing City of Toronto Policies Governing the Use of Libraries and City Facilities by Individuals and Groups Promoting Intolerance or Discrimination.

That the Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Advisory Committee reconsider Item QS6.4.
The Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Advisory Committee recommend:
1. City Council request the Toronto Public Library Board to request the City Librarian, in consultation with the Director, Equity and Human Rights, to explore opportunities to expand upon the Toronto Public Library trans affirming care benefit package to other City of Toronto departments.
