North York Community Council:
1. Authorized compulsory stop control for northbound and southbound traffic on Rowley Avenue at Broadway Avenue.
2. Directed Transportation Services staff to undertake focused consultation, particularly with the impacted homeowners, prior to proceeding with the installation of compulsory stop control on Rowley Avenue at Broadway Avenue.
