City Council increase the 2022 Council Approved Operating Budget for Heritage Toronto on a one-time basis by $22,500.00 gross, $0 net, fully funded by Section 16 community benefits obtained from the development at 15 York Street, (Source Account: XR3031), for the production and installation of 3 heritage plaques to recognize "John M Tinsley", "Peggy" and "James Mink" (Cost Centre: HG0001).
