City Council Decision
City Council on May 11 and 12, 2022, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the CreateTO Board, Corporate Real Estate Management and any other Agency and Corporation of the City submitting development applications that do not include affordable housing on their site to provide within their applications and reports, an explanation as to why affordable housing is not included in the development proposal, and that this requirement be a constituent part of the City's Planning process.
