Ruling by Councillor Jennifer McKelvie
Chair McKelvie advised the Committee that item IE31.22 was erroneously submitted for the Infrastructure and Environment Committee agenda. Chair McKelvie advised the Committee that the item was properly submitted to the Executive Committee agenda and that the advice of the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee would be considered at the July 12 meeting of Executive Committee.Chair McKelvie ruled that item IE31.22 is redundant and should be withdrawn from consideration at the meeting.
