The Toronto Investment Board:

1. Elected Mary Robinson as Vice Chair of the Toronto Investment Board for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

Summary

A vacancy in the office of Vice-Chair occurred when Sharon Ranson's term of office on the Board came to an end effective December 17, 2021.

In accordance with Section 22(2) of the Toronto Investment Board's procedural By-law, the Board shall elect a Vice-Chair from among its members at its first meeting following the appointment of the Chair by City Council.
