Councillor Thompson, on a Point of Order, stated that he would like to know why the Administrative Inquiry and Answer was not being referred to the Economic and Community Development Committee as it relates to economic development.

John Elvidge, City Clerk, advised City Council that the matter relates to a lease and leases are the responsibility of the General Government and Licensing Committee.
