City Council on April 6 and 7, 2022 adopted the following:
1. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 8, 2022) from the Chief Procurement Officer, the Chief Technology Officer and the City Solicitor, be released except for any portions which the City Solicitor determines must remain confidential.

Motions
That General Government and Licensing Committee amend recommendation 1 by deleting the words "remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege" and replacing them with "be released except for any portions which the City Solicitor determines must remain confidential" so that the recommendation reads:
1. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 8, 2022) from the Chief Procurement Officer, the Chief Technology Officer and the City Solicitor, remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege be released except for any portions which the City Solicitor determines must remain confidential.
