The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place:
1. Elected Councillor Joe Mihevc as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place for a term of office ending November 14, 2022, and until a successor is appointed.

There was one nomination. The Chair declared Councillor Joe Mihevc the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place.
Summary
At its meeting of February 19, 2021 the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place elected Councillor Michael Ford as Vice Chair of the Board for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022, and until a successor is appointed. Michael Ford resigned from the office of Councillor, Ward 1, Etobicoke North following his election to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. As a result he is no longer a member of Board and there is now a vacancy in the position of Vice Chair.
The Board may elect a member as Vice Chair for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022, and until a successor is appointed. All members are eligible for election.
