Board Decision
The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approved the extension of TO Live's current agreement for ticketing with the vendor and on the terms set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (September 8, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Authorized the public release of the name of the vendor and terms after the execution of the agreement and direct that the remainder of the information in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (September 8, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential as it is about a position or plan to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of TO Live.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to a position or plan to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of TO Live.
