1.  Referred the item to a special meeting of the TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee, to be called by the Committee Chair before November 7, 2022 for review, discussion and to provide feedback to the City Manager's Office and the consultants.

Summary

As indicated in the attached letter, Korn Ferry has been retained by the City to conduct an independent review of executive compensation at City Agencies and Corporations.

 

As per the request, I am including this on the agenda to allow for a status update on the review and to allow for the Board's input.
