The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Authorized and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer to submit a grant application to the Canada Arts Presentation Fund together with all necessary supporting documentation, that will assist with the presentation of TO Live's 2023 performance season at the Meridian Arts Centre, provided that it meets the eligibility criteria of the grant application.
