Board Decision
The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Amended TO Live's five year (2023-2027) Strategic Plan by adding the word "colonization" to the footnote at the bottom of page 19, immediately before the word "race" so that it now reads:
"Underrepresented/underserviced communities are those who as a result of systemic bias due to colonization, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, or socio-economic status do not have equitable access to professional, educative, health or other social services offered by society."
2. Adopted TO Live's five year (2023-2027) Strategic Plan, as amended by part 1 above, and set out in Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (January 26, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Motions
That the Board of Directors of TO Live:
