The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1.  Amended TO Live's five year (2023-2027) Strategic Plan by adding the word "colonization" to the footnote at the bottom of page 19, immediately before the word "race" so that it now reads:

"Underrepresented/underserviced communities are those who as a result of systemic bias due to colonization, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, or socio-economic status do not have equitable access to professional, educative, health or other social services offered by society."

2.  Adopted TO Live's five year (2023-2027) Strategic Plan, as amended by part 1 above, and set out in Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (January 26, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Steven Wolff, Principal/Thought Partner; Kristian Otten, Consultant and Research Lead; Michelle Walter, Managing Director/Project Advisor; and Lynette Turner, Senior Associate/Project Manager from AMS Planning & Research gave a presentation on TO Live's Five-Year (2023-2027) Strategic Plan.

This purpose of this report is to seek Board approval for TO Live's new five-year strategic plan.

This is a supplementary report on TO Live's new strategic plan which clarifies some elements in the report as presented to the Planning and Priorities Committee at its January 21, 2022 meeting and provides an updated version of the strategic plan.  TO Live is seeking the Board's approval on its new five-year strategic plan.
