Committee Decision
The Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee recommends that:
1. City Council direct the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning and the Executive Director, Housing Secretariat to work in collaboration with the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration, and Toronto's Medical Officer of Health, to identify what would be required to support the successful implementation of the PARTNA program, and address barriers as they relate to zoning, land use planning and Black-led affordable housing development, and report back to the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee or the Executive Committee in the first quarter of 2023.

Summary
At the invitation of the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Unit, Social Development, Finance and Administration, the Principal, CP Planning and Co-Lead, PARTNA Initiative and the Financial Director and Co-Lead, PARTNA Initiative, will give a presentation to the Committee. This presentation will outline the work of the PARTNA Initiative, a community-based non-profit initiative exploring alternative affordable housing options on existing private residential housing stock.

That the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee recommend that:
