The Bid Award Panel adopted the following:

1.  Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (October 20, 2022) from the Acting Chief Procurement Officer:

Description:

For the non-exclusive supply of all labour, material and equipment required for providing concrete saw-cutting and concrete core drilling complete with operator as required by Toronto Water in various locations city wide on a planned and/or emergency basis) on lands and road allowances for a period of one (1) year with the with an option to extend the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.

Should the option periods be exercised then the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Acting Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations reflect a three (3) percent Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment applied annually to the annual cost after the initial year.
