Description:

Non-Exclusive Supply of all Labour, Equipment and Materials necessary to provide Single Axle, Tandem, and Tri Axle Dump Trucks with Operators in Scarborough (Part A) and Toronto and East York (Part B); starting from the date of award till December 1, 2023, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement with the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Transportation Services will request the Acting Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
